A photography project with a goal of helping diminish negative self talk, giving a platform to inspire others, uniting women from different backgrounds, and raising money for our local women’s shelter, Havenwood.
WHY THE TERM “WORTHY WOMAN?”
I have been a photographer for over 13 years. I have never had ONE client that hasn’t made a negative comment about themselves at some point during the photo shoot process. I’ve heard it all.
“I have a double chin so make sure that’s not showing.”
“I’ve gained 10 pounds so flatten my stomach.”
“I’m old so take off some years with editing.”
And it breaks my heart. I see these incredibly talented, caring, smart, beautiful women in front of me that feel the need to tear themselves apart. As a society we are constantly sold products that “fix” us. Hair dye to hide the grays. Botox and creams to erase the wrinkles. Fat loss products to make us the correct weight.
But I’m here to tell you friends that you are WORTHY. You are worthy of beautiful photographs exactly how you are. You’re worthy of existing in photographs. You’re worthy of being in the spotlight and having a day of pampering. You’re worthy of every beautiful thing that life has to offer!

Same Day Transformation
I will help you with styling, hair and make up, and posing. You don’t have to worry about “being photogenic”. That’s my job and I’ve got you covered. This isn’t about changing you. It’s about highlighting your beauty and showing you a version of yourself you might not know exists.
Hair and make up not your thing? No worries! It’s complimentary, but not required.
Feel like a model for a day
No modeling experience necessary. I will pose you in flattering ways that show off your beauty. All you need to do is show up for beautiful magazine style pictures.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE IN THE PROJECT?
This is for all women 18+ that want to be seen, valued, heard, and celebrated. You may be the woman that has felt less than worthy and needs a boost of confidence. You may be the woman that feels worthy and wants to share the secret for loving yourself. I want to showcase a wide range of women from all walks of life. Living in all different seasons. Headed off to college. Having your their first baby. Freshly empty nesters. Retiring. All skin tones, sizes, shapes, and ages.

What does it cost?
I want every women to have this experience. Because of this, I’m offering this unique experience valued at $775 for a discounted rate of $275.
What does it include?
Consultation
We will discuss how you dream of being photographed through Zoom or at my studio. I want to make this an unforgettable experience for you and give you your dream pictures.
Hair and Make Up
You will feel like a model for a day by being pampered with hair and make up. My stylists will make sure you look and feel your absolute best.
Full Photo Session
A luxurious day complete with snacks, drinks, fully guided posing, and unlimited wardrobe changes. I will make sure you feel relaxed and comfortable.
Two additional pictures in package + $100 Print Credit
2 weeks after your photo session you will come back and look at your completed pictures. You will receive two additional pictures in whichever package you choose. You will also receive $100 credit towards any package collection. All pictures come in print and digital form. The best of both worlds.

Feature in Custom Magazine
At the end of the project I will create a custom magazine. Each woman will be featured with their picture and their interview question answers. Every participant will receive one.

Give Back to Our Community
In an effort to encourage women to feel worthy, valuable, and celebrated, I’m a goal with this project. With your help we can raise $5,000 for our local women’s shelter, Havenwood. Havenwood helps single mothers and their children move from crisis to self-sufficiency by providing housing and support services.
With each portrait package purchased through The Worthy Woman Project I will donate $100 to Havenwood. Together we can help provide a safe living environment for these families in our community.
