Tell me about yourself.

I am 32 years young! Enjoy life spending time with my friends family, love to laugh and enjoy doing things with the people I love. Working a lot does cut into traveling, and enjoying great podcasts, or tv. I enjoy doing things on whim so I live day by day.

How has your photo shoot experience shaped how you view yourself?

Before the shoot, honestly I was kinda feeling a lot of negative things about myself. I’ve had some medical issues and different changes to my life which I had kind of disconnected from taking care of myself. After having the shoot I feel that I was reminded that I am beautiful, and that those negative things that I see not everyone sees that, and if they do I just embrace it.

What message would you like to give other women that are going through a difficult time in life and might not feel worthy?

You are worthy!!!**waynes world** every woman is beautiful . Be unapologetic with your love to yourself, you are priceless!

What advice would you give your younger self?

Younger self, be young. Take more risks, you don’t have to please everyone it’s okay to make yourself unavailable to people who don’t bring out the best in you.

What would you tell other women about stepping out of their comfort zone and doing a photo shoot?

Do the photoshoot, don’t put the stipulations on it, you deserve a day to feel glamorous. All you have to do is find what to wear and Kelsey does everything else. It honestly was the best day ever!
